Account Deletion

At B&E Media we strongly believe that your information belongs to you. Privacy is not an afterthought in how we build our products — it is a first principle. We collect only what we reasonably need, we never sell your personal information, and we give you a direct, no-questions-asked way to have your data permanently removed whenever you choose.

This page lets you request the deletion of your account and all personal data associated with it across our products, including Property Assistant, Perio Connect, and our newsletter and subscription list.

This action is permanent and irreversible

Once your deletion request is verified and actioned, your account and the personal data linked to it are erased for good. We cannot recover, restore, or reconstruct deleted data, and you will need to create a new account if you wish to use the relevant product again in future.

How to request deletion

Enter the email address associated with your account and choose the product your request relates to. We will verify that the request is genuine and confirm by email once your data has been deleted. Depending on the product, some records may be retained for a limited period only where we are legally required to do so (for example, to meet taxation or regulatory obligations), after which they are also permanently removed.

You can also request deletion at any time by emailing admin@bandemedia.com from the address associated with your account. Please tell us which product your request relates to so we can locate and remove the correct data.
